Vice President Dick Cheney said on Thursday the Bush administration's war on terrorism had brought "decisive and relentless action" against extremists and said the world and America were safer because of it. Cheney also blamed Bill Clinton for terrorism. This administration never does anything wrong, they are not responsible for anything, so I guess Bill Clinton is responsible for the current record high budget deficits. Source – Reuters News Service
