Sounds to me like we live in a fascist state

Before attending a rally to hear President Bush or vice president Dick Cheney, citizens are required to sign a political loyalty oath approved by the Republican national committee. "I, [full name] ... do herby [sic] endorse George W Bush for reelection of the United States." The form noted: "In signing the above endorsement you are consenting to use and release of your name by Bush-Cheney as an endorser of President Bush."

Sounds to me like we live in a fascist state. Wouldn’t that be something a dictator, like the one we just removed from power in Iraq would require? What happened to our conditional rights? This is America; no one should have to sign a loyalty oath to hear their president speak.
