Bracing for attack, US launches National Preparedness Month

WASHINGTON (AFP) - US Homeland Security chief Tom Ridge officially launched "National Preparedness Month" to encourage Americans to prepare for a possible terrorist strike. This is a great trick to keep terrorism in the news and play the fear card. If the Administration was really concerned about preparedness they would have done this year or two ago. I guess well will see Tom Ridge show us the proper use of plastic sheeting and duct tape. Read the story
